2026 NALC Collective-Bargaining Survey

The National Agreement (or union contract) between NALC and the USPS sets the wages, hours, rights, benefits, job security and working conditions of more than 200,000 NALC-represented city letter carriers. The current contract expires on May 22, 2026, and preparations are underway for the next round of collective bargaining with the official negotiation period beginning in late February. As an important part of these preparations, we want to hear from you.

Let us know what your priorities are for the next contract by completing the bargaining survey.

To ensure every member’s voice is heard equally, you will be asked to verify your membership by entering your Employee Identification Number (EIN) on the next page. This information is only used to validate membership. Your responses will not be linked to your EIN. Note: Only active members are eligible to take this survey and you may only take this survey once.
